A Taste of Alaska Lodge is situated on 280 natural wooded acres near Fairbanks, Alaska. The property was originally homesteaded by Walter Eberhardt in 1947. Walter moved to Alaska from Lewiston Idaho in search of work and opportunity.
A Taste of Alaska Lodge was founded in 1992 by Dave and Debbie Eberhardt. The business initially began with the Log House and Cottage until 1994 when the Main Lodge was built.
The property features views of the Alaska Range Mountains, Mt. McKinley (Denali) and the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, in addition to the beautiful surrounding acreage.
Dave and Debbie operated the Lodge until their son, Kory Eberhardt, bought and took over the business in 2010. Dave and Debbie still both reside on the property and Debbie has a full time gardening position.
